LIVING LIBRARY

The main aim of the Living Library is to create a moment of personal contact and make it possible to see the world through someone else’s eyes. We asked people to play the role of Living Books, whose career, profession, belief, or religion could be interesting for others. A number of questions, stereotypes, prejudice arise in us every day, and we don’t have many opportunities to clarify these. An informal conversation can be a good time to ask the – so far – unanswered questions, and a unique opportunity to personally revise our former - perhaps stereotyping - opinion.
