Nowadays we can hear and read about yoga all over the place. The advertisements use expressions like harmony, perfect happiness and mindfulness. Instead of evaluating or repeating these appealing phrases I invite you to join me for an exciting 90 minutes of yoga. My most important goal will be to help you release your problems, worries and winding thoughts by focusing your attention on the physical activity and relaxation. Needless to say,you will also experience the benefits of the exercise at the physical level. I started learning Sivananda yoga five years ago, and it is my third year teaching it. As a medical student I believe that Western and Eastern thinking, as well as their different concepts of health can draw nearer and convey valuable information to the other.Relaxation concert by Szabolcs Kövi

Szabolcs Kövi studied classical flute music. In the past 18 years he mainly dealt with composing and performing meditative, relaxation music, which can be purchased on CD, and more recently on DVD also. The purpose of his music is to assist relaxation and deepen the process of self discovery, that’s why his music is often used within the progress of therapies. The music can also be used in guided meditation, in kindergartens and schools, as background music for creative activities (drawing, dramapedagogy), for calming children, or making them easier to fall asleep, etc. At the concert he performs music from his newest album, "Magic", supported with special films from his DVD. These include calming images of nature, accompanied by his music. This way the good effects of relaxational music can be presented on a new medium, DVD. The audience will be able to enjoy the concert under unusual circumstances, lying on the ground and stretched out on beanbags.

Kinesiology is a method develepod in the U.S.A as a treatment for stress. It spread in Hungary in the 1990’s. A few years ago, due to personal experience I decided to learn the method and the positive feedback and experience convinced me, that with the help of muscle testing we can locate the problems of the present caused by events in the past, traumas or stress. The relived negative emotions can be dissolved, making the situation of the present more manageable.Nowadays people are more open to holistic approaches, kinesiology can also serve as a tool to help the individual recognize the connection between the functioning of their soul and body. It helps us discover the signs our body is giving us to reveal the roots of our problems. It might be helpful with dissolving inhibitions, distress, problems with studying, and also with curing recurring illnesses and relationship troubles.
