For people work is important, and people are important for the companies.
For people work is important: we spend a good part of our adult life in the workplace. On the one hand, work lays the foundation of our lives. On the other hand, it is the integral formative of our self-image. For the companies the people are important: only the talented and motivated employees may create values, and by only this way we may secure competitive advantage for the company. The job seekers try to find the best workplace, while the companies would like to select the most suitable candidate. A lot depends on both sides for making the decision. The candidates thoroughly look around between the job advertisements, and the companies are struggling along to get to know the candidates as well as they can. Naturally this cognition may never come to an end - first of all the time which can be spent on it limits its selections. The main question that is looked at through the company's eyes is: how it is possible to get to know the candidates in the time provided for the best possible outcome?"
