"How have I become the kind of person I am today?” Every adult ponders this question from time to time. Possible answers refer to particular life stages with critical influences of parents and significant others, also life experiences, both exceptional and traumatic. Through creating art and reflecting on the art products and processes, people can increase awareness of self and others. Participants of the workshop reflect on experiences that shaped significantly their personality. For this purpose, art therapy methods such as drawing, movement and Jungian association are used.
